If having difficulty with TV service, perform the following debug steps prior to
calling Spectrum for technical support:

• Check Cables and Power

1. Make sure power cords of TV and cable box are plugged into a power outlet and
   if a power strip the power strip is ON.
2. Check that cable connections are secure to TV cable box and both powered ON.

• Check TV’s Source (Input) Setting

Use TV remote to make sure the TV “source” setting is same as what HDMI cable from
digital box is connected to on TV. (ie HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 etc)

Note: Some older TV’s do not have HDMI inputs.  For a TV without HDMI,
check for component cables connected between cable box and TV and
TV source setting is correct for that type connection.

• Reboot Cable TV Box

If above checks are OK and problem such as TV displays no channels,
try a manual reboot of digital TV cable box as follows:

1. Turn off the cable box by either using your remote control or
   by pressing the POWER button on the front of the cable box.
2. Carefully unplug the cable box power cord from the electrical outlet
   or power strip if you’re using one.
3. Wait one minute while the cable box completely unplugged.
4. Plug the cable box power cord back in.
5. The cable box will start automatically rebooting.
   Reboot will take several minutes.
6. Turn ON the TV and cable box and see if now OK.

• Still TV Problems

Initially there will be voice prompts and asked account number.
Say “I do not know.”.
There will be additional voice prompts asking what problem is and will offer some solutions to try.  Eventually will reach an actual person and if asked account number, provide property name of Wailua Bay View and Unit Number.and mention that a bulk account of the Wailua Bay View Association of Apartment Owners.
