1. Press and hold SELECT and CBL buttons until all lights blink twice on remote.

2. Press 998.  The CBL key blinks twice.

3. Press TV button.  The CBL button blinks blinks twice.

4. Press CBL button.  The CBL button blinks twice.

5. Press SELECT.  All 5 buttons near top of remote blink three times.

   Note: Single Depression of “POWER” button works Long as Last Device Key Depressed Was “CBL” at some point in the past but no earlier than 5 seconds after “CBL” pressed.
