Hawaiiana, WBV Manager and Board of Directors must have the ability to contact an owner
without delay in cases of emergency. Therefore, all owners, whether resident or absentee, shall ensure that their
current address and telephone number and email, if any, are on file with Hawaiiana. In the event that this information
should change, Hawaiiana shall be immediately notified of said change. Owners that rent their unit shall also provide
information in regard to rental agency. if any, their on-island contact and contact information for longterm renters.
